At first, I was totally not interested in getting a one, but after borrowing a friend’s Kindle, I changed my mind. It’s so convenient and I don’t miss having a book in my hands at all like I thought I would. I only read books on it so I don’t care that it is in black in white. I have had it a year and it still holds its charge well and has performed flawlessly. No problems.
