Hello Valentine Gift Ideas

This is a really fun series that blasts off right out of the gate. Good for kids 9 and up I think. It’s alot lighter than Harry Potter.

Wanna Up! It Valentine Tee

It’s still pretty new, so I can’t speak for durability. It’s very powerful, and gets the carpets and hard floors plenty clean. It does seem to kick back debris when using it, which is uncomfortable to the shins. For $70, though, no complaints.

Valentine Heights of Love for you

I bought two of these for my Canon Rebel XS right before going on a trip. Just a couple of days into the trip when I tried to take a picture, the camera said there was an error, it couldn’t read the memory card and my pictures weren’t on it anymore. I called the Canon support number and after answering some basic questions they asked if I had formatted the card, which I did, when I first put the card in the camera. But it turns out you should format it every time you upload pictures to your computer or any time you remove the card. I don’t know if it’s common knowledge, but I didn’t know that, and my camera manual certainly didn’t state that. Apparently sometimes just deleting the photos from the card doesn’t take all the data off, and it can cause the cheaper cards to malfunction.

The tech support guy then asked what brand my card was. When I told him Transcend, he said the higher end cards like Scandisc are less sensitive. That same day I bought a Scandisc card, and I haven’t had any trouble with it. It cost me $10 more for one 4GB Scandisc than for these two 4GB memory cards, but if I have less chances to have another malfunction, I’ll pay for it. I just wish I hadn’t bought those other two first. Transcend are probably okay cards, but if you don’t want to risk your photos, I’d spring for the Scandisc. The moral of this review is really don’t forget to format your memory cards.

Wanna Romance Valentine Chocolate Gift

I found out about this item from a distribution list I am signed up for that focuses on how to save money. It was recommended to spot treat ahead of time and then use only boiling water in the cleaner, no detergent. The theory of avoiding detergent is that soap is difficult to get out of the carpet and adds to future dirtiness/stickyness of the carpet. Theory of using boiling water is that first of all it is very hot which means it cleans the carpet better and secondly, it is easier to get the carpet dry.

We had just purchased a foreclosed home and didn’t really want to replace the carpet right away as we have multiple dogs and teenagers and would rather wait several years until we have less dogs and teenagers at home to replace it. But I did want clean carpet!

The carpet is an off-white and had definitely seen better days. We had the carpet cleaned professionally before we moved in and it looked better than before but was still dingy and I wasn’t satisfied. So I bought this cleaner and tried it again using the spot treatment & boiling water method and was blown away by all of the gunk and nastiness that came out of the carpet even AFTER “professional” cleaning…and the carpet looked ten times better than before once it dried.

I would definitely buy it all over again. Spent over $350 dollars on the “professional” cleaning job and less than half that for this unit and it can be reused over and over again to keep the carpet clean. I highly recommend it but again…no detergent and use boiling water. Just do multiple dry “strokes” over the carpet until it dries…no waiting around for it to dry…it is almost instant. We love it!
