However when I received the scale and stepped on it the first 3-4 times, it displayed different readings. I picked up the scale and moved it around to eliminate the possibility of an uneven floor but when I put the scale down it displayed a weight of 4.6lbs (with nothing but air resting on it). I called in to the number listed in the e-mail I received and on reporting my problem, I was told that the 4.6lbs was the weight of the glass. The person on the phone also said that I really shouldn’t be moving the scale around too much but if I did have to move it around, then I should ignore the first reading and consider the 2nd, 3rd, and so on. The guy on the phone was pretty helpful and gave me instructions on how to calibrate the scale. Will come back and update this review after a week or so.

My only complaint is that the hose is too short. My old vaccuum was able to reach to the top of the steps while leaving it at the bottom. This one only stretched about 6 steps up.

This Omron is great.
Only drawbacks is you can not turn it off. It seems to reset during the night, but occasionally it doesn’t seem to always start up after sitting for a few days. Meaning it doesn’t start registering my steps without pushing a few buttons. a strange feature. However, when it gets going again, it is outstanding!
