What people think about To My Heart Key
Wish I could rate the product, if Amazon would ever ship it. I ordered it August 30. It is now September 7 and still being “prepared” for shipment. Give me a break!

I only used it once, but I had no problems with it. The vacuum did a great job of getting the water out of the carpet, after going over it several times. The scrubber brushes are rinky dink though, and should be re-designed to do a better job and to be more easily remove and replaced after cleaning them. They are already mashing down some and aren’t stiff enough to last very long. Better quality brushes would definitely be an asset to the machine. All in all, it did a good job for the price.
