I bought a 16GB Transcend SDHC Class 6 card for my Olympus SP-800UZ. It worked fine when I tested it before my trip to Washington DC. I formatted the card in my camera and also took pictures to make sure the card is good. Throughout my 2 day trip, everything was fine. I took about 300 photos. But when I returned and put the card in my PC’s card reader, it made my computer sluggish and from then on, I could not access the card and the PC only recognized it as a 512KB card. Contacted Transcend. They replied with a standard answer and a freeware for recovering files. Did not work. I emailed back and I didn’t hear from them again. Now, I’m trying to format it, but even then, I can’t detect the card anymore.

This is the worst experience I have with a flash card. Will definitely skip Transcend and stick to my other trusted brands in future.

It was delivered the very next day. I love my Wii. I’ve purchased the Wii Fit Plus and play on that almost every day. It’s loads of fun and I don’t feel like I’m working out. The seller didn’t view my original order. So, needless to say, I never received by order. The seller ignored my emails. Now I’m at the end of my transaction. It seemed to be such an easy buy. Well, so it goes. It is now being handled by the appropriate parties.
Unique Gift Items

I don’t know what the previous version of this vacuum cleaner was like, but the one I received works as it should. Actually, it has better suction than the one I replaced which was the expensive gear driven version of the same cleaner.
I do not vacuum hard floors (I broom and mop them) and have never tried to use a vacuum cleaner on them, so no loss there.
Even if this is less than it used to be, it is still a great value at under $80.00.
The cord could be longer, and routing the cord on the hangers is a bit clumsy but
gets done.
A word to the wise: To extend the life of the roller as long as possible, keep the
setting at a point that does not pull the vacuum forward to much, as this is nothing
more than the roller brushes hitting the carpet.
Birthday Gift For Her

I always enjoy a new take on fairies, and these technology savvy fey are no exception. Instead of magical creatures that have no need of technology, these fairies have super-advanced technology combined with magic. But anyway, that’s just the fairies. The main character of the novel, Artemis Fowl, is a boy genius who is also a criminal. He is simply following in the footsteps of Fowls who came before him, and even has his own personal bodyguard who has been assigned to him since birth. Although Artemis is a criminal genius, he has problems at school, his mother suffers from some sort of mental disorder, and his father is missing in action–it’s interesting to see how Artemis tries to work out his problems, and how the story plays out in the end.

I recommend this book, especially for tweens and younger teens, but I enjoyed the story as an adult, too.
Diversity Gift of Inspirations

This Bible already has plenty of reviews establishing its quality. I love a beautiful book, and Ignatius Press’s Bibles are beautiful. But I’d much rather have this Kindle version! The ability to just click a link to go to an annotation makes it so easy. No searching for the right page, no deciding it’s just not worth the effort this time. Click on it, read the note, click back. So incredibly easy. I wish all books were in Kindle. I wish Peter Kreeft’s “Jesus-Shock” were in Kindle. Bookmark the passages you want to come back to again and again without leafing through the post-its sticking out of the edge. I love this book, I love my Kindle, I love Scott Hahn, and I love Peter Kreeft. Thank you Amazon.com.
