I bought this idem for 99 buck to put a wedding video on my computer. So i put the disk into my computer installed the software and updated the driver and it worked fine. Im not sure why other people are having problems but it worked perfectly for me and the quality wasn’t that bad. And i also love this product because you can record anything with it. A lot of times i have used it to made a digital copy of dvd for example walle which i couldn’t rip with the dvd ripping software i had. I also use it for recording video games that i play. Overall i think that the product is pretty good.
